Ask God First

God doesn't need our help, he wants a relationship with us, to engage in conversation. When He says seek first the Kingdom, that means we must go to Him before going to anyone else. We don't need telepathy when we have an omnipresent God who can simultaneously talk to His children all at the same time.

Encouragement that we need to know God for ourselves, so that we can hear his voice. God will place a desire within you, give you confirmation and provision. Don't doubt Him, and don't over spiritualize. Trust when He speaks and hold onto faith.

Encouragement that when we pray God listens and He answers no matter how insignificant the request may be.
